Moon Groove is a VIP transportation concierge service for MoonGroove Music & Arts Festival. We organize group transport from major cities to White Thorn Lodge in Darlington, PA, so you can focus on the festival instead of the drive.
MoonGroove Music & Arts Festival runs July 16-19, 2026 at White Thorn Lodge, 383 State Line Rd, Darlington, PA 16115 — about 50 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.
We have six corridors: Philadelphia, NYC/Northern NJ, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg, Baltimore, and the Pittsburgh regional area. Each has a designated pickup point.
The Ride is round-trip transport with gear. The Groove adds a pre-staged campsite (tent, chairs, shade) plus welcome amenities (cooler, ice, water, snacks) waiting for you on arrival. Think "walk off the bus and you're home."
Each rider can bring a tent, sleeping bag, cooler, camp chair, and one personal bag. Large items (canopies, generators) need advance approval. There are weight and size limits — we'll send details with your booking confirmation.
You can bring alcohol in your personal cooler for the bus ride (please be respectful). For The Groove tier, the welcome cooler includes non-alcoholic beverages only. Festival alcohol policies apply on-site.
Full refund up to 30 days before the festival. 50% refund 15-30 days out. No refund within 14 days, but your ticket is transferable to another person.
Yes. Let us know your accessibility needs when booking and we'll coordinate with our charter partners to ensure appropriate accommodations. Several of our bus partners have ADA-accessible vehicles.
Most corridors depart Friday morning (6-10 AM depending on distance) and return Sunday around 4 PM. Exact times are listed on the Routes page.
Yes! We offer a Day Trip tier for Saturday-only attendance on select corridors. No gear transport, no campsite — just the ride there and back.
Online via credit/debit card through Stripe. A deposit secures your seat, with the balance due 2 weeks before the festival.
